How does cash on delivery work?
How Cash on Delivery (COD) Works Around Cape Town
Placing Your Order: Once you place your order, please email us to confirm it. Custom items are not available for COD.
Order Confirmation: After we receive your email, we will confirm your order. We will then work with you to set a delivery date.
Delivery Fee: The logistics for delivery will be handled by COD Hub, and there is a R150 delivery fee. This fee is paid directly to COD Hub.
Order Confirmation: Once the delivery fee is confirmed, your order will be officially confirmed, and we will proceed with the delivery.
High-Risk Areas: Please note that if you're in a high-risk area, we may advise you to opt for a meet-up instead of delivery.
